30 V CRUNCHES
10 AB ROLLOUTS
20 HIP RAISES
10 AB ROLLOUTS

INTRO

Benchwork and volume! 50 Flutter Kicks is nothing, but 40 Alternating Cross-body Crunches is brutal! It’ll be hard to hit all 40 unbroken. Kudos to anybody that does. As mentioned below, each side is 1 rep, so that’s 40 each side. RIP. Other than the Ab Rollouts, perform these movements on the bench if you have access to one and capable of doing so. Otherwise, you can do this entire workout on the floor and it’ll still be challenging and effective.

WORKOUT NOTES

Perform all movements on bench, if possible, except the Ab Rollouts. Perform the Flutter Kicks in the hollow position.

SCORING

Alternating Cross-body Crunches: left + right = 1 rep.
Flutter Kicks: left + right = 1 rep.
