20-15-10 ALTERNATING SINGLE LEG CROSS-BODY T2B
40-30-20 HOLLOW ROCKS
60-45-30 SEC V HOLD
Yeah, this one is hard. Really hard. It took me just under 12 minutes to complete. I couldn’t keep the V Hold together for a mere 30 seconds in the last round! I was toast. 🍞 As you can see, we have yet another new exercise: Alternating Single Leg Cross-body Toes-to-bar. As you can infer from its title, you take your left leg to your right hand and vice versa. Check out the video to see what this exercise looks like! It’s no joke!
The first round is 20-40-60, then second round is 15-30-45, then third round is 10-20-30. Complete 20, 15, and 10 total Single Leg Cross-body T2B. Left leg to right hand is 1, right leg to left arm is 2. The V Holds are max effort in the time interval, not cumulative. For example, if you break after 40 seconds in the first round, you have 20 seconds left to complete another V Hold.
Single Leg Cross-body T2B: left = 1 rep, right = 2 reps.
