10 AB ROLLOUTS
20 SEC HANGING L SITS

INTRO

This one is pretty straightforward. It should end up taking 8-10 minutes—max, only because of how long and slow the Ab Rollouts are. As the workout notes indicate, the L Sit is supposed to be a max effort hold in 20 seconds, it is not cumulative. Also, if you need to scale, do Hanging Bent Knees instead!

WORKOUT NOTES

Perform 4 rounds of 10 Ab Rollouts and 20 sec L Sit. Max effort hold in 20 sec for L Sit. Perform Hanging Bent Knees instead of L Sit as a scaled option.
