WORKOUT

4 Rounds:

10 HIP RAISES
10 V UPS
10 V CRUNCHES
10 RUSSIAN TWISTS

INTRO

I wish I was on the bench doing this today, but I’ll be on a different bench all day…getting my full sleeve finished! I actually don’t mind the “pain” of getting a new tattoo, unless it’s in an awful spot! To me, sitting in the chair or laying awkwardly for hours sucks. I feel so stiff afterwards. Regardless, y’all can check out my new ink in the upcoming videos! 😎

Anyways, I guess you can call this a “cooldown” compared to the last few weeks’ worth of workouts. 4 Rounds, 10 reps each, all on the bench. If you don’t have access to a bench or the ability to perform these exercises on the bench, you can perform this workout on the floor as I did!

WORKOUT NOTES

Perform all movements on the bench. Scale to the floor as needed and consider adding weight if doing so (8-20# med ball).

SCORING

Russian Twists: left + right = 1 rep.
