30 SEC SHOULDER TAPS (IN PLANK)
30 SEC SIDE PLANK
30 SEC SIDE PLANK ROTATIONS
30 SEC SIDE PLANK DIPS
30 SEC SHOULDER TAPS (IN PLANK)

WORKOUT NOTES

DURATION: 10 minutes long

Rest 0:15 in between each movement. Perform all the Side Planks movements on the left side in Round 1. Perform all the Side Planks movements on the right side in Round 2.

SCORING

Mountain Climbers: each side is 1 rep.
Shoulder Taps: each side is 1 rep.
