WORKOUT NOTES

DURATION: 10 minutes long

Rest 0:15 in between each movement. For the Leg Climbs, complete 0:30 each side.

SCORING

Bicycle Crunches: each side is 1 rep.
Russian Twists: each side is 1 rep.
Flutter Kicks: each side is 1 rep.
Scissor Kicks: each side is 1 rep.
